When I'm not in my studio, you'll most likely find me in the saddle. Hair pulled back in a ponytail, hands a little dusty. I compete in Reining, a Western riding discipline, and represent the Czech Republic – and I still measure the world by the breath of the horse beneath me and the silence before the run.
In the studio, it's metal, wax and gemstones in my hands instead. Two worlds that seem to have little in common. And yet they do. Both ask you to be fully present. To notice the detail. To feel the energy of the moment. That's why horses and jewelry feel so alike to me – and why I never want to keep them apart.
My path to jewelry was far from straightforward. I never imagined it would one day become the thing that fulfills me so deeply.
One day, my mother found an old box filled with tiny beads I used to collect as a child. Out of nostalgia, I made a few bracelets. From those few bracelets came the idea to help. For the first two years, I donated all proceeds to the mobile hospice Ondrášek. At the time, I had no idea that this was the beginning of my brand.
Thanks to my customers, we have raised nearly 17.000€ to support children and adults who are able to spend their final days at home, surrounded by their loved ones. That experience changed me. It made me understand that a piece of jewelry can be more than an ornament. It can be a bridge. It can carry meaning. That is why one of my collections is still fully dedicated to the hospice today.
I create between Prague and Barcelona. Two homes, two energies, one signature.
Prague gives me depth, history and the quiet of my studio overlooking a terrace above an old monastery brewery, where I often listen to the laughter of people below. Barcelona gives me light, the sea, raw materials and a studio where hands are not afraid to get dirty. When I need to breathe in fresh inspiration, I escape to the Montseny mountains just outside Barcelona. It reminds me so much of the Czech mountains and always brings me back to myself.
My aesthetic is organic and timeless. I am drawn to the texture of stones shaped by the sea, the patina of ancient artifacts and the symbolism of Czech history. I work with silver, gold, surgical steel and freshwater pearls. I combine the ancient lost wax technique with modern tools. I see tradition as roots and innovation as wings.
There are countless pieces of jewelry on the market that look the same. I wanted to create a brand that feels different. One that offers accessible pieces for everyday joy as well as personal talismans with a deeper story. Jewelry that can be layered, combined and worn for years. Jewelry that grows older with you, gracefully.
